Dear guests! Due to the current corona situation,
we would like to provide you with information that is helpful for you and gives you an insight into our hygiene protection concept:

Booking conditions
you can cancel your reservations free of charge up to 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. This gives you maximum flexibility. Please note that the 2G rule applies to us.
Further information
the city of Nuremberg has published an extensive question-and-answer catalog with local regulations. nuernberg.de.
Breakfast
we currently offer our usual breakfast buffet. Our hygiene protection concept applies to the buffet.
Distance
in the breakfast room we keep a distance of 1.5 m between the tables. The elevator may only be used alone or by members of a household. You are also welcome to use our spacious staircase.
Gastronomy, sights, retail
Contactless payment
You are welcome to pay contactless , we will send you the invoice by email on request.
Air purification
we ventilate the public areas regularly and have also installed powerful air purification devices.
Rooms
Your rooms will be well ventilated before arrival and all relevant surfaces will be disinfected. We offer you to forego complete cleaning for longer stays. Our housekeeping team provides you with missing utensils such as toilet paper at any time.
Disinfection
The public areas are cleaned several times a day with disinfecting, virucidal cleaning agents for all surfaces, such as door handles, handrails on stairs, elevator buttons and the sanitary facilities. Hand disinfection options are available in your rooms as well as at the reception, in the breakfast room and in the guest toilets. Your key cards are disinfected after each use.
